Application form

To find out the various courses, review list of Courses and check Schedule of classes. Registration for all classes is open immediately once the schedule is posted and ends One week before course starts. To register, we require the following:

Documentation

• 1 Copy of National ID
• 3 Copies of passport size photo
• 1 Copy of Address Proof
• 1 Copy each Diplomas/Certificates of previous education and training qualifications

Payment

50% deposit of the course fee must be paid to confirm a seat in the class. And the other remaining 50% is compulsorily payable on the first day of the course. Payments are payable in cash and cheque both. Payment in cheque is to be paid in the name of ‘Orient Spa Ltd.’
